Payment
We accept cashier's checks, money orders, CODs, and credit card or check card payment through PayPal. To pay us securely through PayPal at no charge to you, select the items you wish to purchase on our site and use the checkout feature. If not all items are setup for purchasing or if you prefer another payment method, just let us know what you're interested in and we'll confirm availability and email you an invoice.

Shipping
At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the dollar value of your purchase as follows:

• $0.01 USD - $9.99 USD =  30.00%
• $10.00 USD - $29.99 USD = 20.00%
• $30.00 USD - $59.99 USD = 12.00%
• $60.00 USD - $99.99 USD = 10.00%
• $100.00 USD and over = FREE

Some items incur a flat fee because they are more expense to ship. Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination. Other shipping methods can be arranged (at cost).

Return Policy
If for some reason you don't love what you purchased, you have 30 days (from the date you receive it) to exchange it or request a refund. All returns require authorization and items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Just email Tangerine Tots to request an authorization.
